Q: What if I don’t see my city in the TV listings? Can I watch the film online?

A: Our film will be streaming on-demand for free after our August 10th broadcast until September 9th on worldchannel.org and pbs.org. It will also be available on the PBS app.

Q: Is the film being shown on World Channel (PBS) the same as the version shown at film festivals, schools and private screenings?

A: No. This broadcast version is a little shorter and will also be censored for racially sensitive language in order to meet a TV-PG rating. The credits are also different to conform to PBS standards. However, the PBS credits do contain some new bonus footage.

A: The TV broadcast is only in the U.S. However, people outside the country can possibly view it online at worldchannel.org or pbs.org. Countries with heavy firewalls like China cannot view the film.

Q: Is there a discussion guide for the film we can download?

A: Yes. We will have a discussion guide available after September 8th on our website under our “Resources” page so check back then.
