WHY HOST A SCREENING?

Far East Deep South is more than a film—it’s a catalyst for meaningful dialogue. This eye-opening and unforgettable documentary is an impactful way to engage your community, workplace, or campus in positive and constructive discussions about race, diversity, and inclusion.

In addition to partnering with numerous community organizations and nonprofits, we’ve been invited to screen and lead discussions at Fortune 500 companies—including Apple, Google, VISA and Bank of America—as well as top universities such as UCLA, MIT, Princeton, and Duke.

Hosting a screening can help your audience:

  • Educate themselves on the overlooked history of Asians in America
  • Illuminate the struggles and resilience of immigrants in the U.S.
  • Bridge racial divides and encourage empathy across communities
  • Expand perspectives on what it means to be American
  • Foster greater cultural awareness and understanding
  • Spark ongoing conversations about diversity and representation
